ARCHLine.XP is an excellent application for BIM or building modeling. Building modeling is usually done in 3D, but different from a 3D design. The 3D design will only give us an overview of what will be designed, but building modeling, in addition to building design, in 3D, adds all the required information including the exact thickness of the walls, materials used, costs, and more. With this in mind, we have the right information at every stage of design, development and development that we can use to predict costs.
